The forms you need are available throughout our website. Go to the particular area you are interested in to download and print forms you need for registration/membership, CATC Exam, CATC applications/upgrades/renewal, etc.

Paypal payment is also available on the pages where you find the forms/applications, etc.

(if you are a licensed professional with a degree from a regionally accredited university, we suggest you consider applying for the CATC IV [Master's degree] or CATC V [doctorate]. Both credentials are NOCA accredited and have national reciprocity. The CATS-LP is an honorary recognition bestowed by CAADE upon licensed individuals in the state of California. The CATS-LP is not a state or nationally recognized credential
